Three days after arresting Chanda kochar, former ICICI bank Managing director and her husband Deepak kochar, the CBI on Monday arrested Videocon group Chairperson V N Dhoot.
All three of them are arrested in connection with the same case of an alleged loan fraud.
The case filed in January 2019, alleged ICICI bank had given six high value loans including one of the ₹300 crore to videocon group companies in 2009 for which Chanda kochar allegedly received ‘illegal gratification’ of ₹64 crore.
