# Sero-survey

# Ministry of cooperation
The supreme court on tuesday struck down parts of a constitutional amendment which shrank the exclusive authority of states over its cooperative societies.
Part IX B, introduced in the constitution through the 97th amendment of 2012, dictated the terms for running cooperative societies.
In a majority judgement Supreme court said that it is the “exclusive legislative power” of state legislatures.
# Project 75 I
The Defence ministry on Tuesday issued the request for proposal (RPF) for construction of six advanced conventional submarines for the navy under project-75i.
The RFP was issued to shortlisted strategic partners (SPs) or Indian applicant companies for the project viz, Mazagaon dock shipbuilders limited (MDL) and Larsen & Toubro (L&T).
The project cost is estimated upwards of 40,000 crore rupees.
# Asian development bank
The Asian development bank (ADB) has parred its forecast for India’s growth this year to 10% from 11% projected in April.
ADB has also estimated the retail inflation to be 5.5% earlier it was estimated at 5.2% for year 2021-22.
