# Pakistan

  • Ties between Washington and Islamabad hit another turbulent patch on Friday after US President Joe Biden Excoriated Pakistan, saying it may be “one of the most dangerous nations in the world”, one that has nuclear weapons without any cohesion.

# Hunger index

  • The global hunger index 2022 ranked India at 107 out of 121 countries with a score of 29.1.

# Finance minister

  • The Indian economy will stay on course and is projected to grow at 7% in fiscal 2022-23 despite global headwinds.

# Supreme Court

  • Supreme Court said it was of firm opinion that order has to be stayed as the offences they are charged with are very serious and against the sovereignty and integrity of the country.
  • It also turned down the plea of the GN Saibaba that he be allowed to come out of jail because of his physical disabilities and medical condition and be put under house arrest.
