  • Reserve Bank of India governor Shaktikanta Das has said central banks across the globe did not appear to be in a hurry to tighten monetary policy or withdraw support to growth.
  • He also suggested that interest rates may not go up for now despite some price pressure in the economy.
  • RBI is on the same page over commitment to support economic revival and avoid any premature withdrawal of liquidity.
