# Vaccination drive

• The covid-19 vaccination drive in India will begin on January 16.

• Priority will be given to healthcare workers and frontline workers.

• This would be followed by the voluntary vaccination of people above 50 and those below with co morbidities.

• 70 lakh beneficiaries have already registered on Co-win, a digital platform that will provide real time information on the inoculation drive.
