The disengagement on the south bank of pangong lake will see Indian troops moving to their post in Chushul and chinese troops in the Moldo.
In the next phase, additional Indian troops will move further down, around 40 km, to Tara-rhongo post and chinese troops to dorjo post.
These agreements have been reached in several rounds of talks between Indian and chinese commanders.

The Delhi high court on friday sought response of the manipur government and NHRC on a plea alleging that the commision has failed to enforce its direction to the state to pay compensation to the kin of the victims of extra-judicial killings.
The NHRC had directed the victims to approach the competant court court after the compensation was not paid by the manipur government.
The petitioner of the kin of victims claims that NHRC has ample power to ensure its directions are implemented.

# Railways to connect mizoram
By march 2023, Aizwal will be linked to India’s railway grid.
Mizoram will become the fourth of the eighth north eastern state to get railway connectivity.
A statement issued by the north east frontier railway (NFR) said 1000 crore has been allocated for the 2021-22 fiscal to be spent on the Bairabi-sarang railway project.
Aizwal is 18 km uphill of Sairang.
Assam, arunachal and Tripura state capitals are already connected by railways.
